Why would we bother to be more productive?
It’s always such a popular topic, and no wonder given the significant bonuses it can create in our lives.
Check out the reference below 1 for some valuable insights on reasons to be productive.
My top pick is that it can help us be more easy going, experiencing less stress generally (both with what we take on, and the way we manage what we do experience). The consequent health benefits can be enormous in all areas of our lives.1
Plus for me personally, being less busy can mean I often spot opportunities as they pop up around me (rather than being ‘head-down, bum-up’ and missing them altogether).
It means we’re experiencing the mental, emotional and spiritual space that we can actually allow those to come in.
Another one is having more time for ourselves, plus of course more time available to spend with loved ones doing the things we enjoy.
How about you – what would you do if you had the financial and time freedom available?
See you on this week’s #ALlivewithFi! when we get to explore your feedback – until then, ciao for now 🙂
