It can be extremely beneficial to have something that truly makes a difference in your life. That’s exactly what one of my delightful clients, Jo Bass, had to say about her experience with our consultations.
Finding sustainable solutions for lasting health
Jo came to see me in a ‘bit of a pickle’, struggling with persistent headaches. She had already consulted numerous practitioners, trying to understand the cause and find solutions. Despite these efforts, the headaches persisted. Together, we began exploring various avenues, always based on Jo’s decisions because, ultimately, it’s her health journey. My role is to partner with her on that journey, providing guidance and support.
Through this process, Jo has embraced a strategy of elimination to identify potential triggers while also discovering new daily habits that can shift old patterns and serve her better. I must tip my hat to Jo for being open-minded and willing to do the work. It’s one thing to say, “I’ll do whatever it takes,” but it’s quite another to follow through consistently, not just for today or tomorrow, but for the long term.
For me, it’s about creating a sustainable health plan – something that can be maintained potentially for the rest of our lives. I’m interested in extending our health span, so it’s not just about getting someone sorted for the short term, but empowering them to stay in the driver’s seat of their own health journey.
