Financial Health Coach, Chris Folland, has a question for us this week that’s worth pondering – just what is fundamental abundance?

Number one for me would be Health.

I don’t know about you but if I don’t have my health, then I can’t really enjoy my life to any great extent. There are tons of people who are wealthy with time freedom, although their health is in a bad state of repairs – so for me, health is numero uno.

Financial abundance is another key one. However, there’s a caveat to that because I can see time freedom as a condition that needs to be met when it comes to finances. Sure, there are many people who may be wealthy but they don’t have freedom around their time because they’re working so much.

Would you like a lifestyle where you could wake up in the morning and decide to stay in bed until 10:30 am…

…because you CAN?

Would you like to hit the snooze button, stay in bed, get up late, and have breakfast at 10:30 or 11 o’clock if you choose? And what if you could do that any day of the week, not just at the weekends?

What if you decide that you want to go and visit family today rather than working or that you just need an afternoon watching a movie, or you know today sounds like a good day to spend at the beach rather than doing anything else?

Is this ringing any bells for you, to have absolute freedom with your time to pick and choose what you want to do? Is this a fundamental abundance that you want to have available in your life?

If it is then reach out to Fi because she’s an expert in this area. You see she came from a situation where she didn’t have the time for freedom in her life. She was stuck working as an osteopath, working back to back – patient to patient, hour after hour, and late into each weekend. When she finally finished working she’d be crying in my lap, just exhausted.

She was determined to create a different reality for herself, and she found a way to change up what she’d been doing, to change her business model, and in a relatively short period of time, she created financial and time abundance for herself. So now there’s money coming into her life and she doesn’t need to be there every hour of the day working for that money. Literally, the concept of making money while you sleep.
