I’m a big fan of keeping things natural whenever possible, so when I was prescribed glasses at 17, the idea of needing to wear them for the rest of my life wasn’t an attractive one.
However, I knew I needed to do something, and fast, as my vision was getting more blurry by the day whilst I was both studying intensively for upcoming exams, and working long hours to support myself.
Even though it felt like a squeeze to fit everything in, I persevered and began to notice changes almost immediately.1
After doing my research back in 2003 I decided to also add a high-quality Nutritional, specifically designed to both help my vision and protect my eyes. I’ve never used glasses (except sunglasses of course!) and I’ve never looked back!
So if you know of anyone who’d like to either look after their eyes or improve their vision in a natural way, please do share this video – it could be a game-changer for them!
Keep sharing your sunshine until I see you on this week’s #AliveWithFi – when we’ll go deeper on the specific exercise I do that’s made the biggest difference for my vision.
Ciao for now ☺
