We all know how important immunity is, irrespective of the time of year, really, although the need for a strong, robust immune system might be more obvious when temperatures are colder (we’re in the depths of winter as I write!) 

Since I was asked to create some videos on this very topic by a forward-thinking company called INNature, it makes sense to share them with you if you missed them on the FB Live we did.

I know for myself, it can be easy to over complicate things and then put them in the too-hard basket. That’s the reason that these videos are packed with info that makes taking action more likely1
