This week we’re celebrating Marcela’s dedication and progress which has certainly been paying off for her.
When I first started working with this delightful lady, she’d been experiencing health challenges for a few years. In particular she’d been noticing issues with her kidney function, she was feeling sleepy after eating, was breaking out in sweats at night and even during the day, and also had difficulties with her breathing.
This all impacted her quality of life quite severely.
I’m absolutely thrilled to share that in her words, she ‘feels like she’s a new person’ because she feels so much better. In particular – no longer so sleepy after eating, fewer periods of sweating, and improved breathing with clearer sinuses.
She’s previously tried quite a few approaches and medications that hadn’t worked. Now, little by little she’s building on the results she’s experienced so far. 1
As always, I love connecting with you on #AliveWithFi – and this week we’ll go deeper on the specifics of what Marcela did and is still doing to turn her health around.
In fact, maybe there’s someone you know who’s concerned about their health, and some of these points might be relevant for them. You never know what might be a complete game changer for another, so please do let them know.
Ciao for now ☺
1 It’s not always easy to take the steps we need to, to help our health. However, adjusting our approach might make all the difference.
Re-directing “our minds to a new thing or a new way of thinking is often frightening because by definition it’s unfamiliar. Unfamiliarity often rings the alarm bells. But if you think about it, most of the things we fear don’t actually come to pass. What’s more, we’re often unable to anticipate the good things that do occur as a result of our trying something new.”
