I do love how my dear friend Tom puts it!
He experienced this last year after a session with me when I was over in the UK in 2023. 1
Tom had noticed some minor aches and pains for some years particularly on his left side in his hip and shoulder. He felt these were all eased by our sessions and he felt better than he had done for some time.
So this is obviously great for Tom, although how does this help you?
Who knows…you or someone you know may be experiencing discomfort, and you’ve already trialed various different approaches although nothing seems to have helped you so far.
You may have reached a stage that you feel there’s no point in bothering.
This was certainly me for example with therapeutic massage initially – it took me a while to find the right practitioner for me, and then to realise that results would come with persistence and consistency.
It’s a similar process for learning to fall in love with sticking at it to hydrate, stretch and exercise each day, plus to do things like using the foam roller which we know can help our bodies.
The results can be profound.
Tom also talks briefly about virtual treatments in his feedback so it’s worth a read below. 1
So – how about you? Is there something you have found that seems to work for you?
I’m curious to hear and until I see you on this week’s #AlivewithFi, have a fab one…ciao for now 🙂
