Actually, for some of us it can be scary to let ourselves feel.

I dipped into this area a little last week and this might be a topic about which you feel you’ve got things sorted. If so – great!

For the rest of us, it can be challenging to handle some emotionally-triggering areas.

And interestingly, I’ve found in the work I’m privileged to do, that our bodies don’t lie.

If we don’t handle it – it’s going to express itself somehow,  some way.

This usually involves some kind of reaction in our body, including symptoms which might end up needing some kind of intervention if we let things get to that point.

This isn’t a newsflash – it’s something we’ve all known in our bones for the longest time.

This week’s message is more of an appeal, for us to open the curtains on what’s really going on rather than just shutting things away.

A really useful resource it’s worth mentioning is Sarah Blondin’s Heart Minded 1 – especially as the audio version narrated by Sarah.

Her approach is especially effective in helping us to connect with the concepts she’s covering, including via her guided meditations. Nothing to lose by checking it out, and an enormous amount to gain (speaking from personal experience!)

Until I see you on this week’s #AlivewithFi ciao for now 🙂
