Recently I gave a keynote in Singapore to a group of 2,500 enthusiastic people from the Pacific region, all keen to find out the best ways to maximize their own Healthy LifeStyles. And I received many requests for my ‘secret formula’ – exactly what it is I do to help set myself up for a balanced, healthful life.

One of the keys I’ve found to be the most important, in making sure the success is permanent rather than patchy, is prevention. And you’ll notice this theme running through the steps I take – and recommend to my clients – below.

So here it is, my Recipe for Success!

Fi’s Recipe for Success

S = Stock up – fill up my water tanks (hydrate with a minimum of 1500mls of filtered water daily)
U = Up-keep – feed and expand my brain with new information (reading a minimum of 20 pages of quality personal development material)
C = Creative juices – get them flowing by connecting with my source, for 10-20+mins a day (you may prefer to call this meditating)
E = Exercise – low impact, including aerobic to increase my heart rate (I bike, hike or swim for between 1-3 hours a day)
S = Sustenance – low glycaemic nutrition throughout my day, plus appropriate nutritionals (beginning with a hearty breakfast!)

Take away – if you have health goals you’d like to reach, and you want to be certain to reach them – then send me an email at with ‘Discovery session’ in the title. This is your complimentary 30min consult to find out what you need to do next to reach your goal.
These sessions are rare! – so make sure you mention you’ve read this blog and we’ll do our best to find a time for you.
