We seem to actually learn more when we’re relaxed and having fun with no pressure.

It turns out this isn’t just based on a feeling or hunch – a study that was done by Nature backs this up  1

And the results are showing that most of us can retain more information as well as having a more enjoyable experience.

That’s what Kristina experienced when she came along to our skin health workshop – a natural approach to younger looking skin.

Kristina not only found it really interesting, she loved that several of her friends who attended with her gained from it too. 2

They explained to her that they could really see the results that she’s had from working closely with me, including benefiting from a specific range of Nutritionals to help her from the inside and the outside – namely nourishing her skin too. 

Kristina made a point of noting that it made a difference that there was no pressure.  She and her friends shared that they found it to be very relaxing and they had a lot of fun – which has to be good!
