…as opposed to A.I!

Instead, we’re referring to emotional intelligence, or as it’s sometimes called, our emotional quotient, or E.Q.1

Arguably our EQ is more important than our IQ when it comes to how we’re able to process, handle and be present with our emotions (or not).

Can you relate to my experience of noticing the difference my way of being has on the responses and reactions I receive from others – and vice versa?

One of the biggest game changers for me is allowing myself the space and time for a mental pause before I respond…and in so doing, I shift from reacting to responding.

What’s your understanding of EQ or EI as opposed to AI and do you

think it’s important?

As always it’s great to hear from you – and in the meantime, see you on this week’s #ALivewithFi 🙂
