Yep, really – What if it’s not all about us?
Now, what do I mean by this? Well, quite a few years ago, when I was working my buns off, yet finding that I was still only just meeting my needs (of family-time, health, finances, the whole shabang), I realized that I was feeling stuck where I was at – because of a limited way of thinking.
I was limited because I hadn’t stretched my vision to include the bigger picture of making a contribution for others. Helping others, besides simply covering our own needs, and looking beyond the ends of our own noses can be a game-changer in how we live and how we think.
That’s why I’m amped about 1M Project 1M, which is a project that’s very close to Chris’ and my hearts.
The goal of Project 1M is to positively impact 1 million people worldwide to reach their potential in all aspects of their lives – helping those who are ready to make changes for themselves, and even pay it forward to help other people do the same.
So, what does that mean for you – life not being about us? What does it mean to think bigger about work, passions, and life?
I often find it helps me to see possibility vs lack.
If you’re curious about the Project 1M, or in sharing what this concept of giving back might look like for you, then I’d love to hear from you.
And wherever you are, Carpe Diem – the possibilities are endless….
