As you may remember from a few months ago, Carolyn is an entrepreneur, traveler, busy mom, and nana. She’s based out of NZ, and whilst I’ve known her since 2003, we connected not that long ago when she was having chronic pain.

She’d previously been seeing practitioners for 3 – 4 months without success, although she came to see me with an open mind.

We worked together for a couple of sessions, covering both the specifics of her health challenges and also considering her bigger picture.

We looked at nutrition (both micro and macro), as well as her hydration, sleep patterns, and exercise.

After the first few sessions, she noticed a few twinges of pain in her collarbone area, although I’m thrilled to say she’s now pain free.

And it’s from her taking wee steps that are manageable, not dominating her day. She’s still following this track, and it’s improved her overall life balance, including greater energy as well as eliminating pain. 1

It goes to show the possibilities of how good we can feel, not just with being pain-free; it’s also with how we experience life with joy and zest!

If you know someone who might be having challenges with their health or lifestyle-balance, and you believe this blog (or the video version) maybe useful for them – please do share, or suggest that they message me. I’m super passionate about each of us having access to feeling good because I believe it’s our birthright.

I trust you’re having a fabulous week – see you soon on this week’s  #AliveWithFi☺

1 Health challenges can feel overwhelming, although it can be helpful to remember that “change takes time, and new habits take a lot of practice before they become routine.”

That’s the reason clients and I work with manageable steps that are do-able; within their current lifestyle. These steps often lead to life-long change that contributes to overall better health.
